Terms of Service

NO REFUNDS:

I do not offer refunds of any kind. If you have a problem with your hair after leaving the Salon, you have 72 hours to contact Ashlee to discuss your needs going forward. I am happy to fix any problems with you, but please note that there is a difference between a β€œfix” and changing your mind.

CANCELLATIONS:

Same-day cancellations happen, I get it. There will be no penalty for same day changes to your appointments. HOWEVER, frequent same day cancelations or changes will result in booking restrictions. NO SHOWS will be charged 50% of the cost for your service scheduled.

LATENESS POLICY:

It is important that you arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled/rescheduled, and the same-day cancellation fee will apply.

**IT IS A PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON. HOWEVER, IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. ANY DAMAGED CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION, IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST.
